This project is a case study used to illustrate the processes involved, and the drawings required, to submit a planning application in France.
A planning application requires these additional sheets to be presented alongside the application form;
PCMI 1/PC 1 - Un Plan de situation du terrain (Site plan, describing the site within the locality, showing cadastral plots)
PCMI 2/PC 2 - Un Plan de masse (Ground/Floor plan, showing the entirity of the plot, access, and service/waste/electricity flows)
PCMI 3/PC 3- Un Plan en coupe (A section cut specifying the building in relation to the profile of the land)
PCMI 5/PC 5 - Un Plan des façades et des toitures (A series of elevation drawings of the facades and roof)
PCMI 6/PC 6 - Un Document graphique (A rendering/illustration of the project in situ)
Additional documents that don't require drawings are;
PCMI 4/PC 4- Un notice (A written description of the site and the proposed project)
PCMI 7/PC 7 - Une photographie ... proche (A near photo of the site)
PCMI 8/PC 8- Une photographie ... lointain (a distant photo of the site)
